VIREA is a 3D-printed table lamp designed and built by an architecture student with a focus on material expression and spatial form. Its spiraling shade creates a warm, ambient glow — balancing digital precision with an organic presence.
Each lamp is printed in-house using bio-based PLA or PETG, derived from renewable resources. The design reflects a commitment to both sustainability and contemporary craftsmanship.
Crafted with Precision
Each lamp is produced using advanced 3D-printing technology, layer by layer, to create its unique shape and refined surface texture. This process allows for precise detailing and minimal material waste, making it both a design and sustainability choice.
Materials
We use high-quality PLA or PETG filament — lightweight, durable, and derived from renewable or recyclable sources. PLA offers a smooth, matte finish with excellent detail, while PETG provides extra heat resistance and toughness. Both materials are safe, non-toxic, and ideal for long-lasting interior use.
